Bernie

Stop doomscrolling Rightmove.
Bernie does it for you.

Use Bernie to automatically find houses that meet your specific criteria. You want high ceilings, no downstairs bathroom, BBQ-ready sunlit garden? We got you covered.

How it works

Three steps, then Bernie takes over.

No more juggling saved searches.

Step 1

Tell Bernie what you want

Tell us whereabouts you're looking, and the sort of thing you're looking for. Bernie will ask for any red lines — otherwise, just tell us what you're thinking.

Step 2

Bernie scans listings

Bernie is out there constantly scanning listings. If he sees something that he thinks you'll like, he'll add it to your shortlist.

Step 3

You get the good ones

You get matched listings as soon as Bernie finds them — straight to your inbox, no scrolling required.

The fine print

What Bernie catches that Rightmove doesn't.

  • 01

That floorplan dealbreaker you'd only spot after viewing.

  • 02

Whether the garden gets sun — without you having to open Google Maps yourself.

  • 03

Potential issues you'd have to really zoom in to inspect, like damp or rot you might only notice in person.

  • 04

Parking that Rightmove marked as 'none' — but is actually right there in the photos.

  • 05

Whether a room that looks bright in photos actually faces north.

A note from the founder

Why I built this.

As a first-time buyer, I've spent a lot of time on Rightmove. Constantly switching locations, tweaking filters, and still missing houses I would have viewed. Places Rightmove said had no parking, that actually did if you looked at the photos. Houses that seemed perfect, until you spotted the bathroom was downstairs.

I've also been to viewings I could have skipped entirely. One place looked fine online, but if I'd looked more carefully at the photos, I'd have noticed the rotten window frames and damp patches throughout. I wasn't prepared to take that on, but I only found out in person.

That's why I built Bernie. I already used AI to analyse survey responses for work, and figured the same logic applies to house listings. Checking floorplans, inspecting photos, catching the things you'd miss at midnight on your phone.
