By signing up to Bernie you agree to the following terms.
What Bernie is
Bernie is a property monitoring service. We manually review listings and send you a curated shortlist based on your stated criteria. Bernie is currently in beta — it is a new service and we are actively improving it.
Subscription and payment
Bernie costs £19 per month. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months, but if you have an issue please email info@heybernie.co.uk and we'll do our best to help.
What we don't guarantee
Bernie is a best-efforts service. We cannot guarantee that every listing matching your criteria will be found, or that listings will be available by the time you enquire. We are not a regulated property agent.
Changes to the service
As Bernie is in beta, the service may change. We'll let you know by email if anything significant changes.
