What information we collect

When you sign up to Bernie, we collect your name, email address, and your house search criteria (the preferences and requirements you describe to us). Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

We use Plausible Analytics on our marketing site. Plausible is a privacy-friendly analytics tool that collects no personal data and uses no cookies.

How we use your information

We use your name and email to manage your account and send you matched property listings. We use your search criteria to find properties that match your requirements. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, you can request deletion of your data by emailing info@heybernie.co.uk and we will remove it within 30 days.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@heybernie.co.uk.

Third parties

We use Stripe for payment processing. Their privacy policy is available at stripe.com/gb/privacy.
